Stop over thinking !!

Our actions and results depend on our thoughts and vision. The condition gets worse when your thoughts are haywire and your take vision is blur. You probably think everything within you and again and again stuck by rethinking stuff which has no relevance to present life. The worst part of this situation you are unable to enjoy present, keep worrying about something and you know you are wasting your time, it isn’t good for your health too, but you are unable to get rid of it.

Is over thinking good?

We all are going to say no instantly after we hear this question but twist in the story is , Over thinking if taken as, thinking which leads to perfection and you can take action on it which can be productive, this way over thinking can help you in shaping a better you , you will be sharp, alert and aiming for correct direction always. This over thinking can be your problem solver like related to work, related to routine and methods but after over thinking you need to act upon it too , only and only that way it is productive.

Over thinking can be positive or negative but it can also be productive and unproductive. The best time killer or best alternative finder choice is yours. I won’t discuss how over thinking makes you hate life, feels dull and lonely, makes you lose memory power, makes you always feel empty and useless or wastes your present fun and time, makes you feel stuck in time travel or takes you towards depression and destruction , when it is done over unproductive stuff . There are already many things written, heard and told about this to you. You know everything wrong is happening in you when you feel sad due to it, you know everything within you related to what you thought brought solutions to you so it was worth it. You know what you are doing to yourself ultimately it was your choice to have it or not.

I can only recommend a few tips to sort your problems down:-

  1. The time you think and you are conscious that you are dwelling in over thinking or worries again about the same old moment, take deep breath, gain your consciousness back and get on to what’s your priority at this very point of time.
  2. Write your all worries ,chain of thoughts or tasks , frustrations or darks in one paper. You would feel you’re talking to a paper and feel it everything after you complete writing, read it once and then burn or tear it away if it’s related to past or some dark story of yours or in the end write solution of what you got or write and tick tasks you did and get rid of your over and over dwelling in same thoughts.
  3. Running away is not a solution, shifting your thought is neither your only solution is take things happened to you as a lesions because those things build you as a person now your evolved as a person into a better person take challenges as opportunities because those challenges will make you urge for obtaining more talent and push your limitations away. Take your task and problems of today as schedule to work on so that problems or situations will no more remain the same they will become work to do and hurdles to cross ultimately you will find your solution yourself. Conclusively no activity can get you rid of over thinking until you don’t work to solve it yourself. Do it now!! Reflection of your thoughts

Your thinking will reflect in your working and journey, we have written in our article  Understanding Mind although it’s a very vast topic to cover, to understand and know but we have tried to touch bits and pieces for giving the information.

Mind is most powerful weapon to use, one needs to learn the art and science of handling, utilizing and directing it.

Your thinking is a combination of your belief and nature. You can take it as :- Mind is an internet and your thinking is surfing through it which leads you ultimately to the results and makes you click on “one link” which are your choices or decisions.

Thinking cannot be controlled, positives and negatives both links will appear matching your search. Where as you can choose what you wish to go for.

Negative thoughts leave you deteriorating. Your thoughts become the mother of your visions and missions. Terrorists are fed with negative thoughts continuously , thus they attain a strong negative mind which makes their vision as , to kill is to get heaven which is untrue , but that was their choice or decision to make , pick and proceed creating thoughts like that.Ultimately what they turn into is , a human with no mercy, no love, no satisfaction, no health, no respect, no family and no wealth what remains is a tag of a terrorist. Terrorist is extreme case of negative thinking. When we think of an average man, if you think bad of others, you face bad then and there, you think ill of others your family faces health, wealth or happiness loss. Whatever you think ,you wish it immediately appears in your life. Breaking trust, disrespecting people, being jealous, ill will, mocking etc. are all deeds generated by negative thinking . Doing bad for others and self or thinking bad for others and self is no different both are counted as karmas. You face and get what you give right now, right here. As we all know there is a famous saying “what goes around that comes around” this is actually undeniable truth.

Now, talking on positive thoughts, I know your mind is thinking “ok so I think positive a lot , why it doesn’t gets credited to me immediately like you are saying for negative thoughts?” But Hey! Have you experienced you wished for something it didn’t happened but what happened it saddened you at first but later on you found it was the best right thing for you.

Have you experienced? You wished something very small , like you wish today mom doesn’t know that you broke a vas or wish today test gets postponed and it does got postponed , you see that you have those loyal life long friends and not a bunch of fake groups. You see you have a family, a plan, access to opportunity to learn and many more things that others only wish for. Good things happens to you when you give focus on your progress and work with wishing good for others but the time you wish or think bad about others you feel deep within a piece of you missing or an incomplete life with million regrets .

You will get things and blessings of enjoying each sunshine and breeze of evening happily sleeping nights with no regrets only a sheer self love feeling. Money, career, all facilities are a part of life they are important to run a life but to enjoy life you need to think and praise the positives of world that would reflect in your each day and your journey of life.

In the end yes, you cannot escape from positives and negatives , you can only choose or decide what to think & what you wish to make your life .

Understanding Mind

“Mind is not a problem . Mindset is” said by honorable PM of India Mr. Narendra Modi. Mind set is the most powerful weapon we all are blessed with, mind set is nothing else but our beliefs and vision which we create as per situations. Mind set can be changed over time and with environment. On the basis of one’s actions and desires we can come up with these kind of mind sets :- Strong, average and weak

“Strong mind discuss ideas, average mind discuss events, weak mind discuss people” – Socrates

The above statement is well short apt description of mind and people. When we come back to our mind set’s evaluation you will notice these three sets of working mind around you.

  1. The people who are changing as the environment changes. Their discussion, their tasks, their beliefs, their actions all depends on how the world or nearby environment is moving as they cannot commit to something, they are full of fear and insecurity. They victimize themselves and rarely takes actions . They would complicate and leave problems as problems only. Their life goes in judging others and talking about others .
  2. The people who know their skills, they use those skills to work and keep moving for living a life capable of fulfilling their needs . They know they have potential, but they would not utilize their potential to the utmost levels , they won’t polish themselves as to become leaders of their profession rather they would settle for living ordinary life saying “I wish I could have” and putting excuses like “Reasons why I am not doing that was this etc. ” they would observe,talk and suggest about world but they themselves would choose to settle for average.
  3. They would have a vision for which they would be working day and night. They have their set of rules and beliefs which only, logical reasons and environment’s needs can shake. Their moral is always high and they don’t fail, they would follow Formula Of Fail Forward…. They can’t sleep until they don’t find solutions of their problems, they won’t stop. They are of solution oriented mind set. To them quitting is no option , knowledge is all what they are interested in talking and knowing. They love the knowledge that comes from experience and to them only they are responsible for their actions , there’s no one else they would blame or talk ill about.

The people at point one , were weak mind set people their way gets defined by what other’s way is , what other’s thoughts are.

The people at point two , were average mind set people their ways gets defined by what other’s say, what they observe and they rest back at how and what they were simply, wishing for a better life.

The people at point three were the strong mind set people. The crazy rule breakers, game changes who do not shake even at the worst phases. To them solutions, self satisfaction and learning is life.

These were three wide major categories in which mind sets and mind can be divided. Hoping for better future of all, we would urge here that whatever mind set you belong to, just be sure that you must aim and earn for “Health, wealth and satisfaction”, rest your mind set will work accordingly. So aim big, act now and never give up.

Confidence is something as essential as knowledge to grow in life. Communication, action, career, relations, over all your entire life needs you to be confident.

Talking to self in the mirror sub-consciously train you to talk to others . When we be a child we observe people around us, we see them how they express and sub-consciously we get trained to speak and express ourselves without even ever feeling like we are learning something. Similarly when you talk seeing the mirror, when you record a video on your mobile , you train yourself to face others, to talk to others and present yourself. So , start the “Mirror Talk” today.

  1. Get updated with Trends

Obsolete technology, method, cloths when nothing stays with us, we reject every old thing as ‘it doesn’t fits our needs any more’ then how can we be confident if we don’t update ourselves with on-going trends ? example your few friends are talking about latest news headlines that you have no idea about , that very moment your inner self shakes for a while like ‘ I wish I could have seen news yesterday , so I may not have been lagging behind saying that “oh , I didn’t knew anything about this , what happens from this to our market ?” ‘ , such sort of situations gives you another effect which is now you would be cautious that what front person is thinking about you and your knowledge and again you said yourself from within ‘I am so dumb’ . A smile covers 80% of your communication gap with any person. A simple smile is gesture of friendliness, open to talk and ready to get expression. If you ever see a kid who gives you innocent smile , instantly your day become good , you feel so nice and even if you don’t know who that kid is still you feel instant connect . So to connect well , being relaxed and making other’s comfortable flaunt a selfless “A simple smile” .

  1. Talk Your Experiences

Add your personal touch to presentation or communication as no one else knows your stories , your knowledge as much you do so, share your experience in relation to the subject going on. Example you are asked to give presentation on economy of India then taking the topic you can simply address each point as you yourself are a part of this Indian economy . Whether it be demonetization , taxation , funding anything you might have experiences related to it or your friends or family some stories which are yours not available else where , those would be true too , so your nervousness will be killed & chances are you will received good claps too . So make it habit to observe things around and “Talk your Experiences “.

  1. Decide within and take challenges

The day you say I take a pledge “now I would continue doing this and I won’t let myself be down anymore” ,  that day you revive your power, your value and your all energies to that very decided thing. Until you don’t face a situation , unless you don’t push your edges , you would never feel need to do anything to boost yourself up . Trust your parents, believe in god, and enjoy your life with friends, to feel like an achiever get applauded all scenarios like these, are the scenarios of beliefs that we are taught or we self learn since childhood from our environment.

No one in school, at home, with friends say “believe in yourself

You might have heard “ I believe you”  “ I am with you” “you are the best, I know” “You can do it” “ You are lucky” “ You have contact” “You have scored nice you can do anything, as your scores tell you have focus and discipline” etc praising since years, we are use to these kind of teachings and conversations so it has gone deep into our minds.

We wait or look for being appreciated to feel capable, we think more what others think about us or will say about us , but we forget about appreciating ourselves. Rather we demoralize our self, we down play our achievements, we neglect the good within us and keep wanting what others have.

Some do this to themselves so that they don’t get over confident but this is entirely different in terms of giving result. Result of this to your soul will be completely in-confident and nervous you.

Formula Of Fail Forward…

Whenever we take a risk either we fail or we succeed .It’s very simple line, you might have heard a million times. But have you thought this deep within?

When we succeed it’s the best thing for us ,nothing can be better , even we work with the spirit to get that success, that we dream as our goal but ,what if this mouth watering thought dash to grounds and burn into ashes in reality.

We all work to be successful but are you ready to accept failure?? People often mix failure acceptance as quitting. That’s not what we are going to urge here today.

The best example of the fail forward is Jack Ma he is the founder of ( Alibaba) famous E-commerce company. He has received dozen of rejections and failures. He failed in primary school twice and in middle school thrice. In his city there was only one school and students passed out from that school were considered to be too bad to be given admissions in colleges. Three years he tried to get into some university but he failed, then he applied for jobs and he was rejected for thirty times. Then he applied for police and he was the only one rejected out of five. He also went for KFC and out of twenty four people who applied for the same job, twenty three got selected and he was the only one to face rejection again. He too stated in one of his interviews that he got rejected for ten times form Harvard University. After that he had a thought in his mind that one day he will go and teach there. That spirit is of someone, who believes in himself and not in giving up, who believes that trying and directing self to improvement is way out. For initial years even his project ( Alibaba) didn’t earned a dollar for him, but he kept going ahead with his team, providing quality to his customers and he received many ‘thanks’ e-mails which kept him going.

Today we don’t need any introduction of Jack Ma or Alibaba.

If you fail, then fail forward

  1. Look at the reasons, why you failed? and rectify that.
  2. Look at what lesson you can learn from that failure and move ahead , success comes from experience so take that experience because now you know how to move ahead to be successful .
  3. Stick to find what is unique in you, take the desired action and always believe in yourself and your dreams.
  4. To quit is never an option.
